The Barnes family has been in the jewelry business for nearly 40 years and at our current location for 20 years.  It all started when Freddie started working in the jewelry business back in Florence while going to college.  He opened his first store when he moved to the Columbia area and it's been a family affair ever since.  Along with his wife Janet who works in the store, his son Brian and is also part of Barnes Jewelers.  Sometimes you can catch Bailey, their dog, at the store as well.
